Lately, it’s been feeling like we’ve skipped fall and have gone straight to the winter. This past weekend had me scrambling to find my winter hats and gloves. Needless to say, I was unprepared and found myself wishing for even just a glimpse of fall before we turn to snowmen (and women) this winter. Luckily, it looks like the cold front is moving out and we will be able to enjoy some fall temperatures just in time for Thanksgiving.
Can you believe it’s already Thanksgiving? This year feels like it’s been flying by. It feels like just yesterday I was thinking about Valentine’s Day and now we’re going straight into holiday mode. I wanted to share a look with you today that is perfect for celebrating Thanksgiving Day with family.
When I think Thanksgiving, the color camel always pops into my mind. Natural hues just scream fall and fall holidays to me. That’s why this suede mini skirt seemed like the perfect fit for my Thanksgiving festivities. I normally stick to a certain color palette for this holiday, a palette similar to reminiscent of leaves and greenery. I’ve always been a sucker for the black + camel color combination, but you could also mix in creams and ivory instead. This suede camel mini is so versatile that it makes it the perfect go to piece for many fall looks.
